The management team has selected Cheri Clark as the Employee of the Quarter for the 3rd quarter of 2020.  One of the first attributes that was mentioned among the management team for Cheri was her ability to adapt to all situations.  Whether it be us asking if she could temporarily move to the Hayden office to help train a new employee and service the personal lines client there or being the cornerstone of the CDA office, Cheri is willing to help.  I continuously see others draw from her wealth of knowledge and have been told many times by employees to “ask Cheri” when we don’t know the answer to a personal lines question.  She is consistent in her work performance and pleasant in her daily interactions with clients, companies and co-workers.  She takes an active role in participating in events the company sponsors, whether that be a quick in office lunch together or an after hours dinner.  Her loyalty to Haddock and Associates is evident by her 14 years of service.  Thank you Cheri, for all you do and for your loyalty and dedication to our clients, companies and co-workers.
