Given the uncertainty and growing concerns regarding the outbreak of COVID-19 in our communities, OUR OFFICES WILL REMAIN OPEN, HOWEVER, WE ARE TRANSITIONING TO VIRTUAL OPERATIONS WHEN AVAILABLE. The team at Haddock & Associates will continue the very best customer service while staying committed to client and community. Our Agents and Customer Service Representatives are continuing their exceptional customer service and are ready to make any modifications to your policy if needed.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, CLIENTS REQUESTING AN APPOINTMENT WILL BE ASKED IF THEY CAN HOLD THEIR APPOINTMENT VIA VIDEO CHAT OR TELEPHONE. Our offices will remain open during the Covid-19 outbreak to the extent consistent with government guidance. We will accommodate urgent requests for in-office appointments on a case-by-case basis. If you need to drop off or pick up documents or other materials, please call the office before coming by. Of course, we continue to be available by phone during regular business hours, fax and always by e-mail. This decision is based on current, government guidance and reflects our commitment to the health and welfare of our employees, clients and the wider Inland Northwest community.
