Randy Oaks recently, with business partner John Naccarato, purchased ISU Haddock and Associates from long time ISU member Randy Haddock. Prior to the purchase Randy had his own insurance agency 3Acorn Insurance, which is now a part of the ISU Haddock family. Along with the responsibilities of ownership and overseeing day to day operations he will continue to produce for the company.

Prior to 3Acorn Insurance, Randy Oaks was president and producer with Dickinson Insurance. While with Dickinson, Randy oversaw the day to day operations and specialized as a commercial lines producer.

Prior to Dickinson Insurance, Randy was with Greene Group Inc. for 20 years. While serving the Idaho interest, he served in the capacity of General Manger and oversaw day to day operations as well as assisted with business acquisitions and the start-up of new venues throughout the United States.

Randy is a graduate of Gonzaga University with a Bachelors in Business – minoring in Finance and Management Information Systems.

Randy is community minded and serves on 4 boards and 3 executive boards of area non-profits with regards to finance, capital and building new facilities.
